1944 Bulova B.F. Goodrich Silvertown promo tire watch, 16J 10AKCSH "hack" movement with a circle date code, near mint lumed black dial with lumed hour and minute hands and a Red/lumed sweep center seconds hand. No stamping on the caseback besides the B.F. Goodrich logo, box reads "Styled by Fifth Avenue"

This looks to be the oldest promo tire watch in the database, and I about fell out of my chair when I found out it had a military surplus?? hack movement in it.

Runs like a charm, but is hard to wind with the crown located in the "rim" like that.

I wish I would have been awake and bid on yours, then I would have a White and Black dial...all I would need is a couple more for a set...

Oh boy howdy! Very surprised to see the 10AKSCH hack movement in a promo. Love that second hand, it sets off the whole package very nicely. Makes me wanna run out & buy some tires or reenlist I can't figger out which! lol
