A 17 jewel director ad. Now all I have to do is find a ad for the three diamond dial and I can get my 3 stars back.

Bob,

Is the datecode on Your watch located in the area highlighted on the movement above.. or?

Bob,

Hang in there, 2 Stars are better than one.

deserves 3 if it's definately an unknown Bob.

: )

Here's a Watch that matches the ad 100% and has 2 stars, 1 star if I wouldn't have given it 3....go figure.

Looks like a personal ad. What year is it?

good question.

The Watch appears in Jerins recent ad find, early to mid 1940's I'd guess Wayne.

Is your watch pink? It appears yellow in the pic.

Tarnished Wayne, should be Rose Gold when cleaned up...we shall see.

Probably rose over sterling, thus the heavy tarnishing.
