Looking at the add we have from 1944 I think we have a 17j Bulova "Croydon"?

Shows 21 jewel... but also mentions solid 14k model as well as 17 & 15 jeweled models for a lesser price?

Original display case and what looks to be the chain along with it for the package.

This beauty not being either 14K or 21 jewels I'd say it isn't the Croydon shown in the advert. It seems to be one of the "other smartly styled Pocket Watches in 15 and 17 jewels". The question is: which one?

Generic 1944 Pocket Watch, but still looking.

Found a reference in the 1957 Linebook BAWD0132 that shows this as a Buckingham "C".  it is a long stretch of time but they did produce these same watches for decades.

I think we're pretty good with the Buckingham
