Watch Description

This is a 1942 Bulova Stop Watch.   It is the 10AH movement with the mono pusher grown.  It is 10KT yellow gold filled.  Its very good working condition except it is missing the push button.  The dial is radium painted with radium hands.  It has a great engraving on the back:  To:  Sam from Betsy 12/25/1943.

Here is an ad that seems to show the cathedral hands like my watch.   I believe them to be factory hands.

Very nice! Now the hunt begins for replacement push button crown assembly. I would be inclined to date it to the case serial number.

Otto Frei carries them.  I just need to figure out the right size.  The one I ordered for my other one did not fit.

I ended up finding an original crown on Ebay. (the same day I found an original bezel for my Zodiac Sea Wolf) Great day for repairing my watches.   The crown works great!
