Watch Description

This is my 3rd Rocket but I couldn't resist this one because it had the original band.  I was pleased when I got this watch and it fits me like I special ordered it to size.  Obvious by the band size that this was a women's watch.  I know we had this discussion on other threads.  So it is my opinion that this was probably a ladies sports watch and maybe a boys/girls/teen watch as well.  The first ad says ladies watch.

It is in pretty nice shape with a 14k rose gold filled case with a 17 jewel movement.  Both the case and the movement are 1943.  It was hard to get a good overall pic of this one so I ended up having to hold it to get the right angle for the dial and color.

Yes they are great little watches like the Military Miss and American Nurse.

I have no dispute that this size is the ladies Rocket  I believe the question is are the larger versions a man's version of the Rocket.

I think a larger version of this style could pull off being a man's for sure, hopefully one will come up at some point.

It does look like it should be for a lady; very nice looking example...Rocket
