Looks like the Bulova Bruce.

I don't think its the Bruce as the Bruce has a decorative design on the top ridges running from top to bottom.

I think its either the Dean or the "15 Jewel Alexander"

I was suggest that the 'Bulova Dean' is a better match. The bezel is different of that of the Alexander model.
