Neat looking watch, thanks for sharing it. The movement has a serial number, so the shield would indicate 1929. The style of the non-Bulova case suggests 1940's. I suspect the case, face and hands came as a set and the movement was used to create a new watch when the older original was worn out or damaged beyond repair.This is what we refer to as non-conforming, meaning it is part Bulova and part not , so it can't be identified as a Bulova model. Wear it and enjoy it.

Thank you. Im from Finland and its my only "bulova" watch. In sunlight, it looks amazing with the patina it has.

I would say Non-Conforming also.  Still a really cool military style watch!
