You guys are going to think I've got Craftsman's on the brain but literally 3 days after I submitted this Dexter thinking it was a Craftsman, this watch poppd up on my radar.  It looks like the ad below and this time the jewel count is right.  But we'll see.

Apparently the Craftsman of the late 1930's is going to be my white whale.

Looks like an ad match to the Craftsman to me.  Congrats! If everyone agrees, this is a first for the Database.

I would agree and it even looks like it might have the original band!  Congrats on finding it and good ad match.

Kathy, I agree about the band.  All of the ads except the one I posted have a bracelet but this one looks pretty old.  The problem is, like many of the bands from the thirties, its too small to fit the wrist of most modern adults.  

If I want to wear this (and I do) I'll have to put another one on but I'll definitely keep the band with the watch.
