Watch Description

Overall length including swiveling lugs is 50 mm. Lugs are 16 mm.This is one I can honestly say I have never seen before. The two ads shown date 1940 (left) and 1939 (right). Ads state 17 jewel and this one is a 21 jewel; but case and  face are a  match the ad. Movement is a match to the case s/n date suggesting it is likely  the original.

Case back marked with s/n and "B-10K Gold Filled"

The 1939 ad was uploaded to partial ads on 12/26/12 (Bobbee) and the 1940 ad was just found by Kathy on the internet.

I have not been able to locate another like it anywhere on the internet either as an ad or watch example. It is so unlike any other Conqueror, at first I thought the ad on site might be a mis-print. Then Kathy emailed me another that differs in age by a year , suggesting ad is indeed correct.

1938 Conqueror

Runs quite fast, hopefully a service will fix that issue.

Very cool watch!  Those lugs are really unique.  Based on the unique case matching the ads Conqueror gets my vote.  Noting possible movement replacement.

Thanks Geoff,  Finding one this uncommon/unusual was indeed exciting. Finding a single ad naming it Conqueror was great, albiet a little confusing. Then Kathy found a second ad.....home run. When I bought it, I honestly figured it would live in the mybulova "unknown drawer" forever.
