Any thought on the Hour and Minute Hands William?

Non Bulova Hour Hand? (which would seem odd considering the condition of the rest of the Watch)

Anyone ?

So "F" designates engraved case, white dial w/ the correct band, as per ad?    three star ID

William,

Yes.

According to the ads the 'F' variant is a Yellow engraved Bezel with White Dial on a matching Yellow Bracelet.
