That is the type of step that is on my 35 unknown, if only it had engraving it would be a match. My vote on this one is tentative Commander until I can see more of the watch.

1936 ads. Different papers, different dates. The unengraved Commander dates to November 1936, the Hudson ads both date to October 1936.

Confused? I know I am. Typical bloody Bulova!

Then again, it looks like it could be the strap making the difference in the name, as it seems to with the Ben Hur/Calhoun.

Older record Bobbee. Sometimes older records don't show up in recent comment queue.  A while ago there were three working pictures.  Yesterday there were 2.  Now it shows only one pic, and I think I sold this watch (or lost it in a box somewhere).
