Preliminarily I'd say 1935 Miss America.

The case is 10 K rolled gold marked "Bulova Fifth Ave New York".  The movement is a 7 jewel 6AE marked 1936 (square).  The movements for similar Miss Americas in the database are 6AF, not 6AE.  They all or most are 7 jewels but there's at least one ad in the database that says 15 jewels.  So there seems to be some variability.

The watch is as I received it.  It runs and keeps time.

edit Alex: movement changed to 4AE and year to 1936, the year that the "Bulova, fifth ave, New York" signature was introduced.

100% agree with Bulova Miss America. By far one of Bulova's most popular ladies watch name.
