Watch Description

I'm trying to identify this watch I recently purchased. I  haven't received it yet but should this week. I noticed 2 stamps on the movement a square and a triangle? I don't know much about this yet or what model I have here hoping you all can  help me. I'm taking a guess on the year  1936? by the serial number on the back of the case.   Looking forward to seeing what your thoughts are!

My gut is saying it is probably a Kirkwood and I searched to see if I could find an ad that mentioned an engraved model but didn't find any.  For now I will vote for Unknown.

I've been researching some too. Kirkwood really looks like it only mine has engraving and Oakley does with a sub second dial. Hmmmmm

I say engravwd Kirkwood.  1934-1936 there were other models etched and non etched.

One more thing I forgot to mention is that the initials engraved on the back are my initials!!! What an added bonus 😀. I'm liking the looks of this watch a lot.Ive paired it with a 1936 American Clipper engraved bracelet which looks great!  So as of know looks like we're classifying as a 1936 unknown? I'm really thinking maybe an engraved Kirkwood as a good possibility!
