Thanks for identification.

I have only problem with dating of this watch. On movvement is square and triangel, under ballace wheel is small omega sign.

Jewel count and Case color differ.

'FARRAGUT' - 15 Jewels, Natural (Yellow) Gold Case.

'SUBJECT' - 7 Jewels, White Gold Case.

'UNKNOWN'

Case serial number suggests 1936.  This agrees w/ movement double date stamped to 1935/1936.
Fifth points out the differences btwn subject watch and ad.  I'm checking for other Farragut ads in case we have ads showing some case color variation.  Jewel count differences-Movement swap?

Unknown from me, but sure looks similar to Farragut

Maybe a colour variant, as we see in so many models of this time, or maybe a different model altogether, who knows?

That 6AB movt is a first.

Looks like a Farragut, but I think it's a movt swap. The dial is correct, or appears to be.

Maybe the advert,(the only one for this style found) is mistaken about the jewel count, because all four known examples, three yellow and this white, are all seven jewels.
