Here is an extremely rare watch. It is a 1935 Physician (based on prior IDs). I couldn't wait to get it in to see how it was put together. Definitely a project watch for me. it is a two piece white gold filled top and stainless case back. The dial is white with applied yellow gold hour markers with an hour dial and a lower second dial. The movement is a rare 13AB 17 Jewels with a triangle date code. I took the dial off so you can see the hour wheel train. Interesting set up. It has a pressure fit gear on the center wheel then two additional wheels set on applied pinions on the master plate. The movement is in overall OK and complete but is missing the hairspring and has a broken setting lever. Anyone know what the interchangeability of the 13AB movement is? I have a 13AF and was wondering if the balance would fit. I will also need hands.
