Vintage Bulova watch estimated to be from 1934, possibly Ambassador series? Had watch in my possession for many years as it was my grandfathers. Not many details known, I think originally watch used a brown leather wrist strap/band. It was later replaced with the current stretchy metallic wrist band. 10K Gold white rolled plated, maybe? Case serial number engraved on the back is 499514. Any help for exact model and perhaps the color wrist strap would be greatly appreciated.

Heirloom watches are the best. What a great keepsake from your grandfather. I agree, it's the engraved case version of the
1934 Senator
Can anyone confirm what the original wristband was for this 1934 Senator, research from the links provided here indicate either a link strap or pigskin leather, I’m pretty sure my father had mention it was originally pigskin leather, but if anyone knows for sure along with the color I want to try to replace it at a watch shop in my area. Thank you.
