A redial with okra lume for the #'s and hands would really pop but would dimish the value to the hardcore collecter, This has alot of caracter so I would keep it as is. If you were to get the dial and hands redone I would restore as original and forget the darker lume.

I think the original lume was dark it was removed
The hands still have it, it's hard to tell in
The photo. What color was the lume originally
Before it turned that brownish orange!?

I may have a dust cover I can let go of nut I'll have to check, The orange colored lume is calloe Okra by IDC who does my dials. If you go that way do the dial and hands to match.

Shoud we update the year to 1930 based on case SN being a mis-struck 0  ?

No I sold this watch a while back, wishing I didn't at this point. I always do that.
