I think the movement symbol is a shield, hard to tell casue the movement isnt in great shape. Thought it could be a revere, hour markers are not painted on, they are raised from the dial.

Revere, hands look to be later 30s hands. Does the dial have radium painted numbers?

We see many models of this era advertised with a raised Gilt Dial and also with Radium painted.
