Watch Description

Picked up this pretty little gal this week.  I think it is Olivia and would be the first in the DB.  Not sure on the date because the serial number starts with a 4 but the ad is from 1927 and the movement is 1928.  Might have a dial/movement replacement?  I think it might be worth trying to find a new correct movement/dial replacement, the dial is pretty dirty.

It is solid 14k with black enamel.

Now that you learned the trick of the gold color, maybe you want to check the color of your Penelope with serial 961 and Baroness with serial 969 if they are the old or new white gold color. Let us know!

They all look like the new color to me.  The Baroness is not quite as white as the other two but whiter than the 156.  If you are interested in comparison shots let me know and I can attach some.  Thanks for all your help on these old beauties and for the trick on the gold color.

Hi Kathy, I would be very interested to see comparison shots. Maybe send to my email to not “pollute” this thread with a different subject.
