I was researching some names in 1928 ads and found a match to this watch called the Bulova Moderne.  Definitely a match to the case but a slightly different dial which could be a possible dial replacement.   Need Alex to weigh in on this one.

Thank you for finding these ads. Luckily they are months apart from different jewelers, increasing the likelyhood it is the actual name and not some invention by one jeweler. These rectangular models were supplied during 1928 and 1929 with both dials i.e. the one of the ad and the one on the subject watch. See also my book page 128 Jim. Thanks.

I did confirm that Bulova model name Moderne in the 1943 GS catalog of crystals.  Seems highly likely this is the name of this model.

Any other names in there that we have not matched so far with a watch?

I have been going through it looking at names that I haven't seen before. I found two from the 1940s which I had it in the ads forum ads.  Eugenie and Emilie but I'm not so sure on the spelling it should be Emily.  There are quite a few others on there, but I could not find an ad match. Could be Westfields not so sure.
