This is a quite a rare watch and glad to find it. We have two of these ID'd as a Nurse watch in DB and this one has the correct hands but the minute track is missing on the dial. It looks like it was relumed too.
This is a small stainless steel case marked B.W.C.Co. Monarch. The movement is a 10AN with 15J and center second complication but I could not find a date code. The dial is white with lumed hands and Arabic hour markers but is yellow due to the crystal. Came with a really nice period bracelet. The ads are from 1930 I believe showing a 17J movement but it would not surprise me if the earlier watches had 15Js and changed to 17J.

Beauty Jim. I really like the early medical watches. A match to this one, https://mybulova.com/watches/1930-nurse-10155 except the dial. Based on serial number proximity to above linked that bears a 1930 marked 15J, I'm good with
1927. Bulova Nurse
Jim, can you confirm that the movement is dated 1927. I don't think we can apply the same case serial number rule for Monarch cases. My guts telling me this is a little later that 1927.
We can certainly ID as a Bulova Nurse watch, I'd just like clarification on the movement date code.
