JP will be getting this watch in  about a week:)  But I have what I am hoping is a LE 2 but it is questionable.  Once I get feedback on that watch I will send to, hopefully, get both updated. Thanks JP!!

Great to hear it is what I thought!!

Where do think the hands came from....nothing Bulova that I have seen??

LE all the way. The hands may have been old military hands??

You are more than welcome Rich.

Hi Richard - Welcome, you picked a fine watch to start a Bulova collection. It's very nice. Well done.

Thanks Geoff, I owe any good fortune in choosing this watch to all of you. I have probably spent 42 hours on this site this week! Researching and learning. I got the bug....BAD!:-) I have another one coming in next week that I may not have done so well on:-( I Really appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

Nice first LE Richard.  And you have a green box, so now you gotta get the LE to go in that one.
Welcome

1927 case based on first digit of case SN, but I can't tell which patent date is hallmarked?  Is it the june 1924 or the Jan 1927?
