First pic looks rectangle, but movement pic looks square. What are the case measurements Fifth?

Wayne,

Found a Triangle - 1926.

not in Hand yet but 1925 Ad1 shows a plain Rectangular Case: Bulova Quality, Radium Dial, 17 Jewel which could be it.

The more I look, I'm really hopeing it's a rectangular shape. If so that explains the 17j 9A movement. I have only seen one other pic of the watch that I will post below of a 1927 UNINGRAVED President. Remember the watch that Stephen has proof of, the watch presented by Arde Bulova to Charles Lindburg. It was solid gold but it looks like the same watch to me. Let's find that pic Lindburg's watch & compare. Good Luck on you!

Mark, in your top pic there appears to be something stamped, like letters or ? Can you see what it is?

At the end where the lugs are.

Bob,

where? between the lugs? it's stamped G F which I've seen before on early Cases.

Gold Filled.
