They do. I think if we examine the lugs the Windor's are cut square, where-as the Dictator's are rounded. I think this should be enough to distinguish between the two. That and the 15 v 17 jewels.

He is a high-res of the 1926 Windsor.

I'm wondering now.... I don't think we see the inside case sig of "Bulova, New York (with or without either 1924 or 1927 patent dates)" until 1928.  Maybe 1927, but I don't think so.

For subject watch, we had discussed the possibility of the first digit of case serial number looking like a "0" which was likely a "mis-struck 6".  Perhaps that was a "0" after all, based on case signature?

Just now saw the jewel count difference too.
