Restored Lone Eagle I

Submitted by yugioh1776 on April 28, 2012 - 12:00pm

First I would like to thank DarHin and all the Mybulova members that help me find an original crystal glass for it as the plastic one was no good. I bought this one a while ago you can see how it was before here:

Well I bought it to restore then resell, but the longer i had it (and after the long hunt to find a nos glass) i started to fall in love with it, the cut corners, the enamel, the engraved case, and the elegant feel of the art deco look. After the dial came back from IDC and installed the cathedral  hands i couldn't part with it. For now its a keeper.

Sorry if the pics are bad.

The watch looks great and you're more than welcome.

I'm glad that you sent me your old crystal so I could identify the correct BB crystal for the LE1. I'm now qustioning your good judgement having read that you were considering selling this beauty!
