I have had the battery replaced in my Day and Date about 4 months ago. And now the watch is once again losing time. Wanted to know what battery I should use, as I keep having to replace them. I was told that the watch had been adjusted so that a non-mercury battery could be used in it.

If your watch is losing time with a brand new battery installed, its something else. You can e-mail me pic of inside case movement.
