Dial refinish

Hello everyone,

I have Bulova Director & President L2 that absolutly should redial,

I would like to get a great recommendations for redial workshop/ watchmaker

International Dial is who I use,no complaints yet.

I am looking for specific information about the dial refinish process, by opening the watch face, you are already able to remove some smudges and grime. The composition of the dial seems to be a firm material for cleaning. Can you tell me more?

 

My other question is about the crystal scratches, today we can use a compound to fill in a car's windshields flaws, is it possible to use clear acrylic to accomplish the same thing on a watch crystal or synthetic cover?
