Looking for pushers and crystal and some movement parts for vintage Bulova Chronograph "F" (14EFAD OR calibre 12)

Hello to all of you falks,

I found an old Bulova two years ago in good condition, but without two pushers and crystal has some scratches. Watch is in my collection and will ever be so I want to service it. Movement also has one bad wheel and two levers should be changed.

I am looking for someone who has this parts, NOS or in good condition, or even has.

At first it is not so hard to find movement parts, but at first line here I am looking for pushers and crystal.

Kind regards, Milan

Movement parts are still around for this, but you may have to mix and match Buren or Heuer or Breitling or Hamilton variants, depending on the part required. The crystal and pushers are, obviously, not interchangeable as they are part of the Bulova model case. I would strongly recommend getting a watchmaker to help you with this, you may be able to source pushers, but will need the critical measurements from the case like depth of pusher stem, thread pitch diameter, overall length of the assembly, etc.

If the crystal isn't too bad, you might get away with simply refinishing it using various grades of abrasive and polish. It is less likely you will find original case parts for this one, they are like hen's teeth.

Thank you Bob for an answer. Yes, I brought my Bulova to my watchmaker. Parts for movement he can find, here also help is at the end is not even needed.

But speaking of pushers and crystal, here I need help from you guys, if anyone have these parts. Crystal has a few very fine scratches, that can be of course polished, but is also broken, what makes it unusable :-(

Yes, I he can put pushers from another model, that is last option, but I would like to have all original Bulova, or with authentic Bulova parts. I love this watch, and was very delighted when I find it, I would like to keep it.

Also have made a exotic leather strap for it.

Thank you for this info. Could you tell me does this watch must have stamped "Bulova" at crown.

I saw many different crowns to this model. My watch has unstamped crown, but everything looks ok to me. Is it original?

The original crown for this watch has the "Bulova" name on it. Here is an example.
