Would every one who has been PMing me for comments or dealings PLEASE send me a PM with your email addy if you wish to continue communicating with me. The news about closing the site is devastating and will mess up most of our lives as far as Bulova discussions and information and the ability to PM each other. I for one will be happy to respond in kind with my addy to any one who desires it.
God bless us all.

What is happening and why? Any explanations?
Apparently same as the Senator "A" with a gold filled expansion band....
Sorry for the low quality but admin has a better one that I think they'll get up sooner or later. Interesting stuff... also the RANGER.... is yellow... the LIEUTENTANT is red.... same watch for this year.... then of course there's the Chief that was the Ranger in some ads for 1942 as well I think... or at least 1940-41
Well I'm soo glad Admin put the little red "New" next to this new feature, introduced at the top of the main homepage.
vintage Bulova watch models NEW
This is a great feature Admin. Good work.
Well I received three of these today. One Fall 1956, and a couple from 1957. I literally have not opened past the inside cover, but I'm hoping there will be useful model ID info in these. This edition is 42 pages (below), counting the back cover. I'm gonna open past the first page after this post. Wish us luck!
I think we all know why I paid $15 for a non- working girls timepiece......
..... Yes, a nice Generic Bulova case!
Many thanks to Bruce Shawkey, Lisa Andrew & Will Smith for their wonderful effort in making these available for all to enjoy and learn from.
Here is a wonderful link to Bruce's full NAWCC 2010 article.
This is a open form to get input from ALL MEMBERS on establishing a set of guidelines for what should be required to correctly give a posted watch a 3 "tick" rating.
As many of you have seen in the past few months, theory's and opinions seem to take precedence on the panel's rating of watches, and everyone has a different opinion. (you know the old saying about opinions) ; ) I am as guilty as others here of this.
