Solid gold case

What would be stamped on the case back of a 10kt Bulova?

I don't know that I've seen 10k solid gold cases?

Bulova used sold gold cases from many case makers over the years, there really is no answer to your question. If the case doesn't have a Bulova hallmark it most likely is not a genuine Bulova case.

I've never seen a 10Kt solid gold case only the standard Gold Filled or plate case.

Gold standards are usually 9, 14, 18 or 24 karat with 10KT being very common as rolled, filled or plate.

If it's a Bulova watch then chances are its the later.

I’d never seen a 10kt solid either. It’s just that one was advertised and since I couldn’t make out what was in fact written on the inside of the case back it peaked my curiosity. I’ve only been collecting for a little under 2 years so the gaps in my knowledge are vast. I’ve a sneaking feeling the seller has got it wrong and it is infact 14kt. Thanks to every one for clearing that one up for me.
