I think it's a Bulova 23 "A".  Case is an L5 but the movement is an L7. I know that 1 year difference was common back then but 2? Need your help on this one team. One from my Dad's collection.

This one looks to be a Bulova 23 'A' case and dial; but I'm not sure about the movement and hands. These typically house a 10BPAC, and the hands are more alpha style.

There should also be (looks to be) a datestamp on the movement in the 12:00 position of your photo:

Perhaps the 11ACAC oscillating weight is a replacement.

Wow great catch. Thank you. That datestamp at 12 o’clock is an L6! Just checked again.

You're welcome. It is possible then that the movement is a 10BPAC with a replacement weight; hard to tell without getting inside the movement. The 11ACAC and 10BPAC share many of the same parts.
