Hello Diamond Empress, welcome to myBulova, this is a lovely little watch. It looks to be in wonderful condition. I've looked through all our adverts on site but haven't found one showing this model. The late 1950's and early 1960's seem to be the hey day of diamond womens watches, Bulova made dozen and dozens of different models. I'm not 100% sure that this one is actually a Diamond Empress model, we find that there is a high likehood that watches and display case are often mismatched, even from the original point of sale.

Without an advert I'm tentative on naming this one. Thank you for sharing it!

Closest I can find is the Bulova Diamond Pearl model (bottom right), but i cannot determiine if its a good match to this low res adver from 1970.

Can you confirm the watch is stamped 'M1' on the back under the 14K Gold stamp?

I looked at that one too but I think the ad says it's 21 jewel?

Panel, any thoughts?

Unknown, but wouldn't surprise me if it turns out to be a DE. Without an ad, it is difficult to say.

Based on the presentation of the box, I'm tentative Diamond Empress. Has the primary ingredients: diamonds, solid 14K gold and a 23 jewel movement.

Box may or may not be original, no matches to our ads, I'm going w/ Unknown.

There is no indication to suggest that the box is not original to the watch either, which why I'm only giving it a tentative model ID.
