This watch does not have any serial number, 8AE movement marked with delta sign, case is marked 10K R.G.P. a d cover is marked stainless steel back outside and Master stainless steel back USA on the inside

Your watch appears to be a 1945 Bulova movement in a non-Bulova replacement case with replacement face that probably came with the case. As  nice as it is, it's not going to be possible to ID as a Bulova model based solely on the movement. It is what we classify as non-conforming which means it is a mix of Bulova and non-Bulova parts. Every collector has at least one or two in their collection, I know I do. Wear it and enjoy it.

 Nice looking watch but it will fall in the Non-conforming category with a non-Bulova case.

The case design has some similarities to the slightly later His Excellency series, but alas as indicated in not original to the watch. Still the case is a nice match that makes the watch wearable.
