Watch Description

I am so happy that I was able to get this one.  It is my first what appears to be NOS with a string tag.  But even more exciting than that is that it confirms that this is an Academy Award "PP"!!  I had to do a little happy dance with this one : )

The case is 10k white gold filled and is date stamped L1.  The 6BC 21 jewel movement is date stamped L1 as well.  The dial is pristine and so pretty.

Academy Award 'PP'. Looks great; I rather like the yellow gold markers in a white gold case.

The original hang tag does not lie.

I find it interesting that the yellow gold case has the siver dial and the white gold case has the yellow gold dial. What were they thinking!!! :-)

Hi Stephen,  Actually the yellow gold case does have yellow markers on the dial like the white gold case dial.  What a difference between a raggedy old dial and a pristine one!  But it certainly does look like that in the photo.  I had to get it out and look at it to be sure.  Now I need to take better photos of the "OO" to accurately show the dial.  I have my eye on one with a better dial so maybe I will be able to get that in the DB.
