Watch Description

This is a 10KT yellow rolled gold plate 1959 ladies watch.  It is marked L9 on the caseback and movement.  It has a lumed Arabic hour markers and lumed hour and minute hands with a red second hand.  The lugs are definitely different than the similar watch in Unknowns.  These lugs are more T shaped.  I suspect it is some verion of a Nurse watch.

Very cool watch.  Just for my own curiosity what lug width does it have?  I suspect you are right and this is a nurse watch.  Unfortunately they didn't advertise the nurses watches very much but I will take a look see : )

Thanks.  I was curious how it compared in size to my Clara Bartons, they are 8mm and the American Nurse that is 14mm.

No ad match found, but I think you are probably on the right track with the Nurse's watch guess. Interesting lugs; don't believe I have ever seen one of these before.

For the time being, I stand at

I forgot to include a photo of the inside of the case back.  The case is marked Bulova.

Very robust lugs- I agree that it is probably a Nurse watch, but I'm at unknown also.

It looks like a revised Air Warden without the sub dial.

Interesting watch.
