Watch Description

Another beautiful pocket watch.... This one is almost perfect with little to no wear.  Look at the back of this... there are some scratches yes, but the vertical machining is still present.

Double date stamp of Crescent and hand stamped Shield puts this at 1929 probably.

I think this one is a 470 series.

17AT from the Le Phare ebauche.

You can probably get those scratches carefully removed. I'd say there is a lot of gold fill still there, so re-texturing should present no major issue.

A crisp and stunning example.

I think the serail number of the case starts with an 8 when blowing up the picture. That would make sense with the date codes on the movement.

....so with a '28 case and what appears to be a crescent moon, is it 1928?

Right after the crescent before the serial number and after the serial number there are two hand jammed date stamps.

Did you leave this one in your pants pocket and then throw it in the wash....Looks so clean for its age! Also an almost dead-ringer the the 1924 470 model.

One of those mistruck first number things again....Unknown 1928.

Great watch.

Thinking we can finally put a name to this beauty.

Dial variation, but I believe this is still a 1929 Bulova Empire
