Smart Set 1946 and 1947 Ads.  Shows it was the name for this watch and not a typo in the magazine ad.  Also shows there were variants and a yellow version to go with the pink version in the magazine ad.

Interesting ad from the Honolulu Star-Bulletin (Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii, United States of America) ·26 Mar 1942.  The watch of great interest is the Waterproof one on the right.  It is a roman hour marked luminous dial.  Very unusual watch that I have not seen before.
