That's a real beauty Adrianoid, This appears to be a European produced model. I find no adverts for 18K case. One that was close is the ad below, but it's obviously not subject watch. As close as I  can currently come is

We normally label these as 'Accutron Date and Day'. Model number as indicated, but no variant found at this stage.
