I think it's important to note that dials from the Rubaiyat line movts would fit the HM movts and vice versa. This may be a mismatch.
I'm once again puzzled by the two different serial numbers. My only thought is that the Bulova engraved one was done at the time of finishing, and the one on the lower plate near the balance is a production serial assigned by the ebauche maker, which in this case is FHF-Robert.

Lots of things could be right regarding this one, and lots wrong too.
We do know it's pretty, and the fleur -de-lis (lys) can mean lots of things.
An affiliation to France maybe, it is mainly used in the southern states around Missouri/Mississippi and in a couple of Canadian territories too. Maybe someone proud of their Gallic roots.

Another unengraved Lady Maxim and this one matches the pendant style. Other than the dial stamp its a great match....hands and chain ring.
