I thought it was a mens before I bid, but still a nice looking watch

case without crown measures-26mm

14mm strap fits perfect.

Is there something stamped on the inside case back, or is that just jewelers markings?

Its a nice looking watch, the case, dial, hands, & lume still look great!

Same case size as this one, http://www.mybulova.com/watches/1946-unknown-1689

Big for a ladies of the era, and small for a mans size, maybe these were marketed for boys? Nothing like having a watch just like Pa's or Uncle Frank's when they came home from the war?

I think these were for boys. I gave my Son this exact same watch few years back. Looks much better with Bluesteel hands.

We don't have Case dimensions for the 'NIGHTHAWK' listed, until now.

We do have Case dimensions for the 'AIR WARDEN' which I believe We have confused with one another more than once.
