Watch Description

I recently got this watch and I'm trying to figure out whatever I can about it like the year is it, jewels, the model it is and such like that can anyone help please The face says Bulova and it is wind set and wind up mechanical. It says "T SWISS T" on the bottom of the face. The hands illuminate in the dark and has the date display. It runs very good and strong. The back casing says BULOVA stainless steel case shock resistant waterproof anti-magnetic 36938 M68. The inside case says 2519. The movement says 11BLCD, 17 jewels, unadjusted swiss MD, BZW. The band says Speidel on every link. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would think the MD is really M0, Can you check that, Also should be stamped on the caseback just above the serial #.

Yes it does look like it could say MO. On the inside of the case back the only thing is the number 2519. On the outside of the case there is the number 36938 and above it is M68.

But it really looks like MD. The jeweler is the one who read me the details off the case with his eye scope.

Well That's weird! We haven't see M68 on a caseback before and the movement should match the caseback within a year.

Wow is that good or bad??? It clearly says M68 on the caseback as you can see. I posted pics of the watch back, face, and movement earlier so you all could view. When you say the caseback shouldmatch the movement within a year what do you mean, like how can you tell the year, what numbers or writing are you looking at? So how should I go about finding out more about my watch? I went to 2 vintage jewelers and neither had seen a watch like mine but said they are positive its 100% real.

I have a case with M2, overstamped with a 7. Looks like they missed stamping over the 6 on yours, so that would probably make it an M8 for 1968 case.

Looks like M53. First time I've seen this stamp combination.
I guess at least M68 would make more sense.

Date King?

Case back stamp possibly M6 B?

The top line on the 5 or 6 looks straight to me thus a '5', but that's purely my opinion of what I'm seeing.

Any chance of a better closer shot of that stamp on the case back?
