Any chance if a high res version so we can see the dial. Certainly has the look of a Watertite and others, but Bobbee raises an interesting point.

Price is a giveaway.
Nearly every jeweler had a cheap waterproof for sale, Jerin has probably seen hundreds of ads like this, where they place them next to a well-known brand, trying to sucker the buyer into thinking they are getting a bargain.

Generic Chronograph for me until we see a better advert. It certainly could be a Medico as its the only model we have seen as a single push button chrono with center sweep hand.
