Don't think it's lack of interest.  I think it's because the case ingraving and gold content are different than model 158, and maybe one jewel (16 vs 15).  If this conflicts with other watch ID's, we can always compare rational for ID's in other similar records.

Lots of these early ones differ in both gold and jewel content, yet have still, and only recently, been given a model or number ID. No consistency.
