it makes sense that they would, but we got a hang tag in OldTickers "M" which doesn't distinguish, and it's hands/dial are slightly diff. then the ad.  This is challanging, from logic if not experience, as before /after this period and in other series diff. series watches have diff. letter designations.  Bulova was a big company for a "regiem change" which would account for this designation change for Excellency/ part of the 1940's into 1950's.  Did they change back to the first manager/team later when they started using the diff. watch diff designation pattern again?  Fun!!!

Then why, in the case of the "M" variant discussion that is also on-going, would we have a supposedly original jewelers hang tag that reads His Excellency "M" on a watch that matches the ad only in regard to the case, but not in regard to the band or dial?
