Watch Description

Hey everyone,  This is my first Bulova! I found it in great shape at an antique shop in New Orleans, and I've really enjoyed searching the web for more information about my find. I've gotten pretty close to what I think it is--it seems to be a 1970 model, either a Sea King, Oceanographer, Ambassador, perhaps an Elite series, or some mutant hybrid of all of the above. That said, I haven't been able to find the exact model detailed on mybulova or other sites. I would be grateful for any information you can provide. Thanks so much!  Movement model: 11ANACD  Case serial: N0

I think it's Golden Clipper - I'd probably go with the "C" variant as shown in the 1970 advert below. Interesting that the aftermarket strap on this one is even a close match to the one in the ad.

Well spotted Geoff.

I tried to post all those variants a while ago, but admin is having waaaay to much fun at the moment!

Will try again now.

GC "C".

Hey everyone,

Awesome! That looks like it. Thank you SO much for your expertise.

Let me know if there's anything else I can provide.

P.S. to Geoff: there wouldn't happen to be a color version of that ad floating around?

Thanks again everyone!

Brain - there isn't that I know of, but it seems like the strap would be red if there was, doesn't it?
