Does it have N0 on the back? The one's I have seen all are 1970. It'd be interesting to see if Bulova sold these for more than a year.

Yes, you are correct so I guess I am out by one year. Thanks for the info. Dave

Umm I thought pricing wasnt to be allowed in a public forum here, only private comunications...

It wasn't mandated that prices are not allowed, just not required.

Just my 2 cents but I think allowing public pricing could easily begin to turn the site into a sales referance site instead of an info site, and could also begin to set pricing thresholds for other selling sites. If a person is interested in actually buying, a private message is not a hassle, but having prices listed here could very easily begin to change buying and selling on other sites as this IS the most knowledgable Bulova site available, and as said before, most auction sellers do not realize what goes into bringing a $20 auction watch to a condition that would fetch several hundred. Seems I read an admin message that said something about keeping all sales info private and I think thats the best way to maintain the historical context and integrity of this site. Buying and selling is not bad for the site but I think the details should remain private.

Again just my 2 cents....

I have no problem with removing the price - and have now done so. A PM informing me of protocol would have been enough.

Sorry dejjl, this wasnt directed at you, you havent done anyhting against protocol, was just my opinions on public pricing here, didnt mean to imply you had done something wrong at all...again my apologies.

No worries at all. Have a good day (or night, depending what time it is on your side of the pond). I'm off to work.....1000 teenagers to look after! Dave
