I like the idea of having a standardized entry layout- a template, if you will.  You've got all the details in your root record. Very good data entry form!  This helps folks "remember" which details are important.  If they don't have information for one of the fields, it could simply be left black for the time being.

Very similar to this 1970 unknown here, which lacks 17 Jewels on the dial but has SWISS at bottom of dial.   There's also a 1962 Concerto in the database here.  One of the root photos for this 1962 example is below. The watch to the right is the 1962 example, not subject watch.

I don't know the year of the ad above, and the fully numerated dial doesn't match the 1962 example nor the subject watch.  Ad does say yellow or white.
