No doubt it's an Astronaut - these are hard to assign a variant to. The s/n starting with "1 - " would seem to imply it was assembled outside the US. I will put forth the opinion that based on year, if it's mounted on a stainless bracelet, it qualifies as
1964 Bulova Accutron Astronaut "A".
