Looking deeper, it's more likely that this is an evolution of the Ruxton model. Same crystal and dial style as the 1955 model, slightly different case.
Clearly using the "Pelham" crystal referenced below. Is Pelham an identified model name?

Mike, I don't see Pelham in the watch entry drop-down menu. It does appear in all period close Bulova price lists. It's listed in the cumulative section of Spring 1955; our earliest quarterly list. Entry reads 31733 Pelham $67.50.
Same entry is still in the 1955 Fall price list, the 1958 Fall price list, the Fall 1961 price list, and again in 1964 Spring price list. Same price of $67.50 for every entry.
