Due to the fact that we have no another advert, I keep the original "Siglo 21".

I'm good with that, for now. It can always be recalled to the Red Zone if something else comes along to say otherwise. For now Siglo 21 is proven out. Well done.

As long as we realise that "siglo" means "century", and that Bulova has trademarked the "21st. Century" name, and that the name of this watch is actually the "21st. Century", then it can be called anything you want, even the "bud"

                                                   "pnq"   :-)

....are we gonna get this one at least tentatively ID'ed before the end of the 21 Century?  :)  I'm good with either 21st Century or Siglo 21

OK, I'll go 21st Century on the translation of the ad on hand. I think it's still a solid ID.

I'm Tentative with either Siglo 21 (named in ad and matches, possibly translated name, not in pricelist) or 21st Century (no ad with this name, possibly translated in the Spanish ad and matches style, named in pricelist). Plus, it appears we are two years apart between movement and case date. Siglo 21, if I had to choose

Allright Gents,

Siglo 21 has been proven out with an ad, speculating on the translation, though sound, has no ad the back it up. I'm of the thought we stick with that ubtil we have more evidence for a 21st Century ID. Sorry to backslide but ..............BTW do we have an Ivanhoe ad for 1956? That may be the US ID, No?

I don't think we do.  There was a crystal spec which turned out to fit a different watch....and Lisa's reference to the "mustache" and the movie... I thought she was serious, or at least it sounded possible to me....
